  1. You've just been introduced to the cheesecake we've all been dreaming about. After trying this recipe I was amazed by how delicious this dish is. If I hadn't already known I would have never guessed this cheesecake was a vegan food dish. If you, or you have vegan kids this is the real deal right here. After a few attempts of using cashews, which ended up extremely dense and thick I decided to not use nuts at all. So if you have a nut allergy then keep reading because this is the vegan food dish for you and your vegan kids. I also really like that with this vegan food cheesecake you don't need the top of the line blender to make the filing. A cheap hand mixer will do just fine, and your vegan kids can even help!
  2. HOW DO YOU MAKE THE BEST VEGAN CHEESECAKE? In a 9 inch springform pan start by wrapping the bottom and side with aluminum foil. Slide a piece of parchment paper in the bottom and spray with oil. Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Since we're talking vegan food here make sure you make the crust with vegan graham crackers, coconut oil and sugar. Your vegan kids won't know the difference, I promise!
  3. THE FILLING! Start off by beating the vegan cream cheese until it becomes nice and smooth. Trader Joe'e offers a great brand, but it's your choice to use the brand you love, just make sure it's unflavored. After that you'll want to begin adding the rest of your vegan food ingredients(coconut cream, sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice), and beat until it starts to become very smooth. I know what you're thinking, "this is a lot of cream cheese!" Yes you are correct lol, but we are making a large cheesecake here. You will have 12 nice sized slices for yourself and your vegan kids. This about making this around the holidays as it's guaranteed to be a favorite.
